Which documents do we need from you?

We have prepared a list for you which specifies all the necessary documents
and explains the easiest way you can send them to us.

  • Most recent tax return
  • Current proof of income
    (including proof of bonus payments for the last three years, if applicable)
  • Pension fund statement
  • Sales Documentation (incl. photos)

How do I submit the documents?

  1. Ask the relevant administrative bodies for the documents that you do not have at home.
  2. Scan or photograph the documents.
  3. You can easily send us the documents by uploading them conveniently online.

If you prefer to send them by post, please contact us by phone on 0800 440060 so that we can exchange postal addresses. This will allow UBS to communicate with you by post.

Why do we need these documents?

The documents are important for the credit check and the real estate valuation, and will allow us to issue your personal financing certificate as precisely as possible.

What happens next?

  1. After we have checked the documents, you will receive your financing certificate by e-mail within 24 hours.
  2. Present the document to your real estate agent or seller and gain a decisive advantage over other applicants.
  3. If you wish, we would be happy to discuss the financing with you over the phone.
